1. Introduction & Eligibility

• One person, one account: Each person may register only one account. If two accounts are found belonging to the same individual, both will be suspended.
• Accurate information is mandatory: Your name, phone number, and date of birth must all be accurate. Providing false information will result in your account being rejected during verification.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure. Never share your password with anyone.
• Account transfers are strictly prohibited: Selling, gifting, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: A copy of your National ID or passport may be required before processing large withdrawals.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

8. Responsible Gaming

• Any member can set their own deposit limit, betting limit, and session time limit directly from their account.

9. Account Closure Policy

• Any valid balance in a closed account is generally refunded, except in cases of fraud.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Crazy Tracksino, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• If you are not satisfied with an internal decision by Crazy Tracksino, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
• In any dispute over game outcomes, the game server logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crazy Tracksino strives to maintain the highest standards of service. However, our liability is limited under certain circumstances.

• Crazy Tracksino is not liable for issues caused by internet outages, server downtime, or third-party technical failures.
• The platform bears no responsibility for losses resulting from a player's own errors, such as incorrect bets or wrong payment details.
• Under any circumstances, Crazy Tracksino's maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in that calendar month.

12. Terms Amendment Policy
